This course provides valuable information on changes in the Real Estate License Act and TREC (Texas Real Estate Commission) rules. It also covers do-not-call rules, anti-spam rules, home equity, mold, assessment and remediation, title insurance endorsements, mortgage fraud, and new TREC forms.

License holders must take both Legal 1 and Legal 2 for license renewal. This class counts for four (4) of the eight (8) legal hours TREC requires. Enrollment for Legal 1 will not automatically enroll you in Legal 2. Students must enroll in each course separately.
