This live, interactive course provides real estate professionals with essential knowledge about the process of protesting property valuations issued by County Appraisal Districts (CAD). Each year, property owners receive notices of their home’s assessed value, which determines their property tax liability. Often, these values are inflated, resulting in higher taxes. This course will equip Realtors with the tools and strategies to educate their clients on how to effectively challenge these assessments and reduce their tax burden.
