The course ensures participants gain a comprehensive understanding and practical knowledge of a broker's duties and responsibilities as outlined in Title 22 of the Texas Administrative Code (TAC), specifically under TREC Rule §535.2. This rule delineates specific requirements and best practices that brokers must adhere to professionally.
